Innocence

Yesterday I had a chance to get together with a big brother of mine who had taken care of several of my friends during our youth, counselling and ministering with Bible studies. We were young. And we were naive. Doing Bible studies in arcades, going to prayer mountain in the middle of nights, and just eating and hanging out with a circle of friends were all good memories. We had laughs about some of the things we did, so many miracles we had. We were living on the edge, and we never knew it. The grace of God held us together to the point of pampering our every step. But I would rather have the innocence and be guided than have all the knowledges in the world and yet still be distressed.

I look back so many things we did with a muse. At the same time, I'm saddened that it's a time we can never go back. Where did we lose our innocence? Whatever happened to it? Why did it we lose it? Why can't we go back to how it was? So many of us know a lot but we are less than humble. So many of us are angry and advocate our position, but we never even consider the other's shoes. Why, why, why.
