I hope she's not in much pain.

Everytime I talk to her, she says, "all right, all right," in her broken English. She gestures us using her hands and feet trying to tell us that everything's all right. She makes every effort to convey us that she is all right, and that we shouldn't worry too much. Her optimism amazes me.
